Terms and Conditions

1: If you do not attend without prior notification, you will be charged for the whole lesson.

2: If you are unable to attend a session you will need to send an email or a message 48 hours before the session. When the email or message has been received, you will be credited for that session.

3: Once you have booked & paid for any of the courses, holiday camps & private group lessons, there will be no refunds. There will only be credits given. If any sessions are cancelled due to weather, they will be credited and can be taken later at any time allowing for availability & schedule but no denial.

4: If a session is continued for 30mins or more there will be no credit or refunds for group lessons, private groups & Private lessons.

5: You will need to wear appropriate Sportswear / Footwear (Trainers) for all sessions. No shoes / school shoes or sandals. If you attend the session with the wrong footwear, you will not be able to take part when the footwork drills are happening during the session.

6: If your child misbehaves or disrupts a session a warning will be given. After three warnings during a session, they will be asked to sit out the remaining part of the session.

7: All sessions will be coaching based, this includes, footwork, hand eye co – ordination & technical support.

8. Parent / Guardian will need to stay onsite if they have a child 5 & under booked on one of the weekly sessions.

9.There will be Videos / Photographs taken for Marketing, Advertising on Social Media / Websites.
